Numa ("the app", "we") cares about your privacy. This policy explains what data we process when you use the app and how we protect it.

Data We Collect

Account information: the name and email provided when you sign in with Apple or Google. If you continue as a guest, an anonymous device identifier is created to identify you.
Usage data: the virtual numbers you rent, SMS verification transactions and your purchase history.
Device information: technical data such as the operating system version and the app version (for support and debugging).

How We Use the Data

To provide the virtual number and SMS verification service.
To manage your subscription and credit transactions.
To respond to your support requests and improve the service.

Third Parties

Apple and Google: authentication (sign-in).
RevenueCat and the App Store: subscription and purchase management.
Number provider partners: virtual number and SMS delivery.

We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Virtual Numbers and SMS Content

The verification messages you receive are processed temporarily in order to provide the service. Once the transaction is complete, we delete this content from our systems shortly afterwards.

Data Retention and Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored only for as long as is necessary to provide the service. You may ask us to delete your account and your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or request the deletion of your personal data. For any request, write to [email protected].

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes inside the app.
