By using Numa you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

Numa provides virtual phone numbers for SMS verification and communication. Numbers are supplied on a temporary or rental basis, and availability depends on partner providers.

Acceptable Use

• You may use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Using it for fraud, harassment, spam, identity theft or any illegal activity is prohibited.
• You are responsible for not violating the terms of the services you use these numbers with.

Breaching these rules may lead to your account being suspended.

Subscription and Credits

• Some features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You can turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your App Store account settings.
• Credits are spent per transaction and cannot be converted to cash.

Refunds

Purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests are made through the App Store.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a given number will work with every service, or that access will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

Termination

We may terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
